Cute, new, 850 sq ft cottage, with 2 Queen bedroom, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Located in the safe and secure area of North East Medford. Conveniently located near I-5, 8 minutes from the airport, and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. New wifi & dining table & updates Aug 2025.

Small back patio area includes a table with umbrella & a Charcoal BBQ.

On site parking. Yard is not landscaped or fenced.

One small pet is permitted at the property, but must be disclosed and approved. (yard is not fenced)

Cozy place

Comfortable and cozy little house on quiet street. Has everything you need for an over night stay or longer. Owners are easy to deal with and super nice. Definately recommend!

Very cute little home that was perfect for our family’s needs. The property manager is INCREDIBLY communicative, probably the most communicative PM I have ever dealt with. Was able to get ahold of them immediately with a check in issue, as well as throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

AC unit failed and it was over 80 inside all week. Smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana for weeks prior and we could not get smell out. Grass was really crispy and we didn't want to use the coal burning grill due to lack of water. Also tons of spiders everywhere with no screen on back bedroom.

We came to Medford to visit our family who lives nearby. It was super cute and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again, next time we come to visit.
