"Staff was wonderful "

"We had such an amazing time staying in the Shepherds huts for the bank holiday weekend. Everything was provided for essentials which was great and useful. The hut is nice and cosy and you can have a bbq outside overlooking the fields with sheep. There’s a lot to do also in the area, we went to all the beaches along the coast, farm shop and aqua park. There’s a lot of nice restaurants and pubs recommended by the owner which we tried and was great! We will definitely be coming back again soon as...

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"This is a lovely place to stay. Chris and Maureen are really helpful, and were very good with the enhanced cleaning/social distancing. "We stayed there as we were waiting to move into our new property. It. Was perfect for our needs. The only issue was the lack of a stair rail and small landing which you had to negotiate when using the bathroom in the night ."

"A wonderful 4 nights spent at Romden farm, couldnt have been bette. It was great, just to open the back door and walk for miles with the dogs, come back chill out and relax in the hot tub in the evenings. At the big pond we enjoyed feeding the fish and watching the barn owl hunt at dusk. The barn was clean, comfortable and the perfect place to get away from everything. The owners made us feel so welcome we will definitley be back in the future."
