The Space

This is the cosiest part of our home — a lovingly created annex now open to guests who value calm, nature, and simplicity.

Decorated in the same natural style as our home, the space is filled with warmth, light, and thoughtful details.

The sunroom offers green views and a quiet corner to read or enjoy a drink. Equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave, crockery, and glassware, it’s perfect for guests not planning to cook. We can also provide a toaster and egg cooker upon request.

The living room is ideal for dining, relaxing, or working. It’s cosy with heating and has French doors that open to garden views, bringing in natural light and seasonal colours.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, minimalist decor, and ample storage.
The ensuite has a low step-in full-length bath for ease and comfort.

The Feel of the Place

This space reflects our love for beauty, simplicity, comfort — and imperfection. It’s a lived-in home that evolves with the seasons. The walls, woods, and worn details tell a story of a place used with care and heart.

The small woods is left wild and untouched to support a natural habitat for foxes, rabbits, birds, and seasonal wildflowers. You’ll experience this unique connection to nature from every room.

We aim to live in alignment with nature and sustainability. While everything may not be brand new or polished, it’s intentional — and deeply loved.

  • Dover, England, is a major port for ferries to Calais, France. The White Cliffs of Dover form part of the English coastline facing the Strait of Dover and France. The cliff face, which reaches a height of 350 feet (110 m), owes its striking appearance to its composition of chalk accented by streaks of black flint.
