"Hotel was cleaned but the property need major TLC. The staffs did the best they could to give guests the best experience but this place is not Hilton grade"

I only took the top key out not seeing the rest of the stuff behind the 2nd key. Noticed it the next morning which one of the slips of paper was for a free appetizer which we also got and paid for. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good."

"Well appointed clean room and bathroom. Nice location conveniently located in close proximity to Mystic attractions. The front desk was very friendly, competent, efficient and gave hood advice"

"The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. While most hotel rooms are a bedroom with a small table & chairs, this is more like a large living room with the bed off to the side. Both the couch and the bed were extremely comfortable. Perfectly located with the Aquarium and village literally around the corner, and the museum under 10 minutes away. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."
