This hotel was a gem of a find for us. The room was comfortable and quite spacious compared to some we gave stayed in. It was quite central to the historical buildings in the area. The rooftop restaurant had the best view of the cathedral. Breakfast was certainly a bonus. Loved our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at hotel. We were able to walk to the Cathedral and city centre and on the way there were a couple of nice little pubs where we could have a drink and meal. Would stay there again.

Perfect location if you are wanting to explore Canterbury. Close to the Canterbury West Station and right in the middle of the historical and walled part of Canterbury.

Good sized room, comfortable bed, great shower, excellent location and parking nearby.

The staff were helpful and efficient. Room was good 3 star standard. However the slat type bed base needs replacement.

Eastwell Manor is a grand manor house with beautiful gardens. The buildings are full of interesting features and antiques. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Pavilion, which had good food at reasonable prices. It was easy to get a taxi to the Eurostar terminal from here. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good place desk staff fantastic

Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by reception. As our room was not ready we went into the bar to find out what happen to our car reservation as the Hertz office had closed three months prior. The hotel staff assisted us with phone numbers and helped us with our luggage. The room was excellent and the shower was great with good water pressure
