"The room was spotless and laid out in very neat manner The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a practical area not far from a train station. We had breakfast during our stay at the hotel, which was a mix of western and Japanese foods. All very good and recommended. A short walk into town offers a variety of local restaurants. We ate at a few of them. The restaurant staff in each case was very helpful on how to order. Enjoy the stay at the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"This hotel was amazing! Just steps from the train station. Easy access from Narita airport. Lots of food options within easy walking distance. Lots of room for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Space to keep suitcases and unpack clothes. Very clean and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again?"

"We loved the location of this hotel, very close to the Ginza line and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite close to the Asakusa line making access to the airports direct and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offer daily cleaning (full on some days and partial on others). You let them know what your preferences are via a tablet in the room. We unfortunately forgot to turn off the "do not disturb" setting on ours one day and didn't get the room cleaned but that was our fault, not theirs! I would not hesitate to stay here again."
