Great location, beautiful gardens, friendly staff, warm and comfortable room and the in-room treats were appreciated and enjoyed. Would happily stay again.

Arrived at Millbrook to a welcoming smile as though you were been welcomed home. Millbrook is a peaceful haven where your mind from the busyness of a big city is calmed within hours of arriving. Close to Arrowtown & Queenstown. there are many trails for you to walk which we did everyday. There are shuttles to and from Queenstown & Arrowtown but if you want to explore the vast Otago you need a vehicle. we explored as far as Nasby curling capital of NZ and well worth a visit, along the way...

Incredible stay. Amazing staff, great views and facilities. The cottage was worth every penny. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily wine and cheese board and the breakfast was a stand out. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable cottage, lovely old-fashioned decor; Very picturesque town; lots of places to eat out; nice heated open-air swimming pool next door ($3 unlimited swimming); bike hire available in town; lots of beautiful paths for walking/cycling along the river; 20 min drive to Queenstown.

Manata lodge is set on quiet peaceful grounds just a 5min drive from the airport between Queenstown and Arrowtown. It is located near the historic cycle/walk bridge crossing the shotover river so it is very close(400m) to the Queenstown cycle trail network, so ideal if you are into cycling, running or walking. The room was luxurious and above what we were expecting. There was daily house keeping and a tennis court to to use too. The owner located nearby in another residence also took care and...

Absolutely loved staying here and will be back. Was nice and quiet, the kids got to feed the sheep, use the spa and the swing. Beautiful country vibe. Roy’s communication and eagerness to assist was 2nd to none.

My rate is 10/10. It was my best holiday with them .

Property is neat n tidy, close to the other amenities. The bed was uncomfortable in bed room close to the wntey way, need a better mattress..Also the property was advertised as having two bathrooms. Was disappointed to have just one toilet n bathroom.

Facilities: Nice , good for the price; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Pleasant; honest and without pretense

Very well kept and clean. Good heating. Clear checkin instructions. We had a very comfortable stay.

Perfect accommodation for couples, families. Location is perfect, the cottages are just gorgeous. Scenery is spectacular. Rooms are super clean, New, and have everything you need, great king size bed! We would definitely come stay again. So glad we chose to stay here, close to everything. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, that's a guarantee!

Fantastic place to stay staff friendly

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. The room was very luxurious and well equipped, you couldn't ask for any more. The only negative would be if you only offer a King bed have a King mattress not two singles together with a topper covering the join The staff were very helpful and friendly

Very clean and great view!

The great experience with this accommodation started before we even got to New Zealand. The instructions for check-in were more detailed then I've ever experienced. When we arrived the room was clean and the view across the river to the snow capped mountains is amazing. It's also in a perfect spot, far enough from the CBD that it is quiet and peaceful but still close enough to everything (an 8 minute drive to the CBD). Already planning to return as soon as we can.

We loved the stay. Great experience.
