"We had a great trip and loved the hotel. The pool area and bar are fantastic. The staff were great and the hotel

is beautiful. The only thing that let it down slightly was the finishing touches in the rooms. Of the four drawers on the dressing table in our room, 3 of the handles were broken- a check on these kind of things would elevate the score. We would come back and the placement of the hotel is great and gives you such quick access to the history of Carcassonne. "

"Great hotel, so close to the entrance to the medieval city. The reception were so helpful and booked a fabulous restaurant for us. Also we were able to park our camper van securely which was good. We will return and dine at the sister hotel’s restaurant next time "
