"We stay at the Hyatt Place in Medford 1-2x a year visiting family in the area. It is in a great spot with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, but never heard any noise. The doors slam loudly so you can hear others coming & going, but it isn't too bad. Ramona in the cafe is a welcome sight every year. She is the kindest person and helps any day start off on the right foot. We'll be back soon!"

We have two negative comments: 1) This is our third time staying at this hotel and our room this time did not have any comfortable chairs as in the past. 2) The lobby coffee in the morning is terrible - not prepared correctly - much too weak and watery."
