"The television did not operate..clearly it was linked to wifi, which wasn't sufficient. So screen went black constantly, conversation was unintelligible most of the time. Bathroom sink not draining. Heat OK but very noisy. Sorry..want others to know. The staff was very helpful..not their fault."

"This is a really lovely hotel in an amazing area in Cambridge. There is much around to do. This hotel is very welcoming and comfortable. The gym is great! Parking is easy, although expensive. Our room was clean. It was a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The property is well maintained and accessible. Friendly staff except for male receptionist who(jokingly, he said) referred to Canada being the 51st state one day. Being a Canadian, I didn’t appreciate this, joke or no joke. Didn’t appreciate it that he had to ask me again that I am who I am after presenting him with official ID. Because my name is normally for a male, I felt that he was challenging me with my identity. BTW, I was born a female but my parents gave me a male name from the Bible. Also, the morning receptionist sent us to the wrong place which cost me $53, which only cost $13 the next day."

"Toilet was clogged when we started to use it. Very spacious for the price but cleanliness of washroom, the sofa and the sofa bed blanket needs improvement. At check out, the lady was impatient when i tried to confirm the security deposit would be refunded and only parking would be charged. She shook her head as she printed the receipt! Before she went to get the receipt, she abruptly turned to another waiting client in line and the client looked at us and said “you are done?” As a courtesy with surprise before he proceeded to ask his question. Otherwise, the staff were great. The gentleman who checked us in and the lady who served us on our last morning breakfast April 28 were courteous and friendly."

"Staff was unheplful. There was a big contingent of kids in front of us. I requested if it was possible to process us before them and they brushed off my request asking me to wait until the last person was done. The Hilton App that allows check in remotely was not working for this Hotel either. Otherwise - stay was "
