"Staff is nice, parking is terrible, and the building is weird inside "

"Our room didn’t have Air conditioning. They gave us a portable AC that would shoot cold air in the front and hot air through the back. It wasn’t that hot in phoenix this weekend but I can’t imagine this same set up in the middle of the summer in phoenix!! We paid $1200 plus for two nights and couldn’t even get a room with real air conditioning. Overall hotel is nice. Staff is nice. Last note. Hotel has no pool. "

"Clean and felt safe. Love the nugget ice and water machine. Breakfast was great and had lots of options, including several egg dishes, meat, fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes and continental breakfast choices. Very quiet and peaceful. "

"The complimentary breakfast was deceiving as it was just coffee and a small wrapped muffin. Room itself was very nice though. Towels did have some stains on it. "

"The room was clean, beds were very uncomfortable and hard, showers fluctuated temperature drastically to the point of it being in enjoyable, windows didn’t open and no way to change the temperature. Staff at front desk was lovely and friendly. "
