"Beautiful small boutique hotel built in the Dioclician Palace walls, it’s very picturesque. The girls at reception are very nice. The room we had was overlooking the Piazza Marchi and was an amazing big room, beautifully decorated and so spacious. The only negative was that we were told the wrong info for the parking garage. There is no parking at the hotel as it is located in the pedestrian area of the city. They gave us a name of parking that we couldn’t find and weren’t able to reach reception. If u have to park, it’s basically the big public garage. "

"Even before our arrival, the communication and assistance from Skaline were excellent. The team helped facilitate the needs of our group without hesitation. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived later than expected, but clear instructions were provided, allowing us to access the building with ease. The rooms were beautifully decorated, each with its own unique design, and the bathrooms were spotless. A number of thoughtful amenities were provided for the duration of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep, and the robes were a lovely touch. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, prepared daily by a friendly and accommodating chef who was always happy to help. The reception staff were an absolute delight, attentive, helpful with any requests, and even arranging a lovely birthday surprise for one of our guests. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Great location with a local supermarket next door, and leas than 10mins walk to the main area, harbour, palace, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Skaline and would happily stay here again."

"The hotel was beautiful & clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely spa and a large, well equipped gym. The location was perfect, close to everything. Our only complaint is that the bed was very hard; but that being said, we still loved it and would stay again. "

"A beautiful, clean and spacious room, we had a dance in it! Loved the window shutters. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with a huge sink and the shower was 3 way and very powerful. The location was perfect, on People's Square with everything close by. A great bakery steps from the hotel and the best ice cream shop on the opposite side of the square. The reception were really helpful. There is so much to do in Split that we will definitely return and stay in this beautiful historical building. Alina & Steve ❤️ "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location – close to the centre of Split but tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to plenty of restaurants and bars, with a great choice of food and budgets to suit everyone. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and had fresh towels available every day if we wanted them. The décor was charming, with a style that reflected the atmosphere of Split’s old town streets. We walked everywhere during our stay. On a cooler day (end of September/early October), we explored the beautiful Marjan forest, which was well worth it. We also walked to a lovely beach where we hired loungers for €20 each – there are several spots along the coast to choose from, all clean, uncrowded and inviting. On the way back, we stopped at the Tennis Club terrace bar for a drink, which had wonderful views over the beach. Getting to the hotel was easy too – we took the airport shuttle bus (€16 each) to the harbour and walked from there in about 15 minutes through La Riva. All in all, a perfect stay - highly recommend."
