Beautiful and excellent place to stay. Gorgeous courtyard, steps away from lively evening square and exceptionally helpful staff. Amazing place to stay.
Ivan from reception came out to meet us and helped carry our suitcases to the hotel. Received a welcoming glass to prosecco. We stay in a double standard room, which was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff at the hotel were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was in an excellent location. Staff was very accommodating and attentive as we were staying in Annex (2 minute walk from main hotel). Make sure to book in main hotel but everything was great!
I stayed in the other property not the Villa. My single room was small but fine. The bathroom did not have any outlets to plug in curling/flat irons, shavers etc. There were no towel hooks by the sink and the clean towels were on a rack about 7+ feet up on the wall. I had to jump to grab one.
Everything else was great, especially the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was good. Evan helped me get a taxi & wheeled my heavy bags.
This hotel is perfectly located in the old town area of Split. It was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the summer heat! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful with luggage and travel suggestions, including checking that our outward ferry to Hvar was running on time. A simple continental breakfast is included each morning. The only improvement would be a little more storage space in the bathroom, e.g. a rack in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc.
Hotel Vestibul was lovely. It would be hard to find on your own, but the staff is ready to meet you and guide you through the palace to the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and have everything you need. The staff were uniformly excellent- always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend spending your time in Split at Hotel Vestibul.
The hotel is situated within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. It is maintained extremely well; it feels just-built. The room wasn't large, but it was elegant and very functional. (I liked the deep desk.) There can be noise from the boisterous in the street at night, but it wasn't bad. You may hear a top-notch a capella choir (of four older men) singing for the tourists, a treat.
Our experience at Hotel Palace Vestibule was simply excellent.
The staff is hardworking and eager to satisfy, including a porter to lead you to the hotel from the nearby taxi stand.
