"Everything was great, Tanja was an excellent host, the apartment was very comfortable, very clean and well located. It is not a luxury apartment but it is a great selection for a stay in Split for two people. Extremely convenient, not far from a parking lot and not far from the old city center."

"I stayed at this property for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. Got an uber from the airport and check in was smooth. Operator sent many recommendations through WhatsApp which were very helpful. It’s a guesthouse so it’s a room in a house with others in other rooms. Very clean and quiet in a great area which was walkable to everything. Only a few minutes walk to major attractions. Busses available nearby. Halfway through my stay I requested cleaning and fresh towels which was done no problem. The operators were available by WhatsApp for any questions. Air conditioning was much appreciated and could be controlled. Kitchen with supplies was useful and there was even a clothes washer was in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. "
"The property had the basics of a good property. What was unique was the receptionists Staff. I am a 2,000,000-mile Platinum award member at American airlines, which means that I am a big traveller ; I must say that I have never met this caliber of receptionist's staff. Filip and Marija brought a new meaning for customer service/support. They were perfect and made our stay enjoyable; As an example, the airline company lost our luggage; they were also rude with us considering the stress that we had since we had to leave to Dubrovnik 2 days later and they did not tell us about the process ; Filip and Marija told us : proceed with your vacation, we will take care of it including arranging for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel, What a RELIEF this was; We will never forget this. Yes, the breakfast was outstanding, the room spacious and accommodating, clearly. But what was above and beyond was Filip and Marija."
"The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very nice - especially the bathroom. Had amazing AC which is not always common and was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Opted into the hotel transfer which was great and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that organized. Location was perfect you’re 2 minutes from the boardwalk and close to a popular cab/uber pickup & dropoff site. Great food options immediately when exiting the annex building we were in which was also convenient. "
"Incredible location for a long or short stay - the hotel is situated in an historic building on a vibrant square filled with shops, cafes and restaurants all offering excellent food at a reasonable cost. The hotel itself is cool, welcoming and beautifully fitted out throughout with spacious, comfortable rooms, relaxed and spacious dining area for all you could want breakfasts both from a buffet and a-la-carte menu.
The housekeeping is very discrete and the serving staff knowledgable and very friendly - front of house staff are professional and welcoming and always with a smile and glad to offer assistance when approached
