Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great

An adventure to find. Be sure you have google maps. Terrific location for cafes. 10 minute walk to waterfront. The rooms are very nice.

This place exceeded my expectations. It's very modern inside. The staff is very responsive! The area in front of the house is quiet, but you are basically a few steps away from the more busier area of Split if you wasn't to head there. This place seems close to everything. I couldn't recommend it enough.
