Quick response from host when we had questions. Was a bit misled with parking as there is actually no on site parking, just street parking (most of which isn’t free)"

The landlord/receptionist did not even have a desk so we had to wait outside before we could enter the so-called hotel, which turned out to be a very small apartment with tiny rooms.
