"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I have been to world best hotels. The staff is very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and with breathtaking views . Everything is good about this hotel and location. Will definitely revisit once in San Sebastián. Highly recommend. "I did see on reviews that the outside was unusual, however it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I stayed for 1 night with my 2 children on my own, and unfortunately didn’t feel very safe in the area. It was in the middle of an industrial estate, and appeared to be in some sort of hanger. "Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it.
