"Our room was cockroach infested. My husband kept killing them but more kept appearing. Other than that we were happy with the pool and staff. Just ruined our sleep and overall comfort to be terrorised by roaches"

"Even though the pool is heated, it'll take a couple of laps to get past the initial cooler temperature of the pool. No fault to the venue, but beware of families with large number of children as when we were there, the kids were constantly yelling, jumping and diving into the pool while other patrons were trying to swim. One of them even took a hose and started spraying their siblings. Also, unluckily on the day of check-in, they experienced a nation-wide computer outage so no one could check-in for around an hour."
