Spacious and bright, this single-story holiday rental offers a 60m² living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, four-burner hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer), three bedrooms (one king-size bed 180x200cm, one double bed 140cm, and two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined to make a king-size bed 180x190cm), a lounge, two shower rooms, three toilets (one separate), a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), Wi-Fi, a utility room, and a private garage. A private, enclosed 1300m² garden is available, as well as a lovely 30m² covered south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle. Baby equipment is available. Off-season, we have the option of offering this rental for 4 people (by closing off part of the house including 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed, the living area, a bathroom with toilet): in this case, a discount of €100 per week will be offered.
