Great indoor pool & spa and small outside pool.Underground parking was tricky - not clear how to access it - description of procedure on website would be helpful (waiting area in blue bays outside) then check in to get the code to access the parking. The main issue was a lack of air con in the apartment (wrongly assumed it would be included in a newish building). Consequently the ground floor apartment was stuffy and a bit unpleasant.

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

Great location but why no air conditioning?
Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this.

Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out

Il complesso della struttura è dotato di piscina ed altri servizi, come descritto nella presentazione, compresa la perfetta e completa dotazione della cucina; ma gli orari di apertura della reception sono molto limitati e l’appartamento, anche troppo spazioso, era al piano terra con possibilità di accesso per animaletti e zanzare. L’aria condizionata disattivata. Il letto principale era stato ricavato da uno scomodo divano letto. Insomma, poca qualità in relazione al prezzo!

Bel établissement, grands appartements, parking sur place, très bon emplacement à côté de Milady. Mais mécontente car publicité mensongère, je n’ai pas eu la vue mer comme dans les photos. Piscine ne fonctionne qu’à moitié, halal en panne, une douche sur deux au centre fonctionne et pour finir wc du spa en passe. Quand vous arrivez pour vous doucher et qu un enfant fait pipi dans la seule douche disponible car il vaut mieux la que dans la piscine, le ton est donné! Très déçue, très cher pour la médiocrité des service

Hotel pas mal en gros, MAIS il y a quelques détails à revoir dans cet hotel, notamment LA PROPRIÉTÉ est inexistante, les draps, les serviettes sont tachées, les matelas ( très usés et abîmés) sans protège matelas imperméable ! Lorsque vous demandez un lit bébé, il est prêté sans matelas, ni draps, donc il faut se débrouiller, en plus il faut le porter et le monter soi même ( contrairement à d’autres hôtels qu’on à visité, ou le lit bébé est tout prêt, joliment installé dans la chambre avec un matelas et des draps propres !) Pour prolonger une nuit supplémentaire, on nous propose de sortir tout nos affaires, donc vider l’appartement, faire le ménage, défaire le lot de bébé, etc. donc, seule avec 4 enfants, c’est très joyeux de faire tout cela, avant 10h et revenir après 16h 😰, j’ai dit non merci, pour 132€ je pense que je peux trouver beaucoup mieux que ça et j’ai trouvé ! L’espace détente qui ferme à 19h45, on n’a pas eu l’occasion d’y profiter puisque le jour d’arrivée on nous donne la chambre que à partir de 16h et le temps de s’installer, manger etc, enfin bref, il ferme beaucoup trop tôt! La dame de ménage qui nous a aidé à transporter nos affaires vers notre chambre, très sympathique, je donne les étoiles à elle, car elle a était adorable avec nous ❤️

Estancia muy agradable.
Estancia muy agradable, pese a un desastroso e ineficaz protocolo de entrada. Apartamento muy bien equipado, instalaciones de primer nivel (gimnasio pero sobre todo piscina interior climatizada y sauna), a un precio razonable. Personal amable. Muy buena ubicación. Recomendable para familias y grupos de amigos. Admiten perros.
