"Very convenient location to visit Cambridge. Small room with basic furniture but clean. Breakfast offered several options and staff was very kind. My room was in a concrete block so I missed the atmosphere of living in one of the historical buildings. However, the room was facing one of the inner courtyards and was silent at night. Ensuite bathroom was really very very tiny. Overall, a pleasant experience - well recommended."

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were all incredibly helpful. The dinner was exceptional, we had the Mac n cheese with pesto and Fish & Chips. Room layout and size was perfect, air con was not cool enough at some point it was very warm in the night. Breakfast was perfect and lots of great options. Enjoyed the cocktails. Will definitely recommend "
"Elevator was down and had requested a pick up of my luggage and no one came- then attempted to contact multiple different ways and could not reach anyone. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Down elevator/ hard to contact was frustrating. "
"Nice and clean, pretty decor, comfy bed, hot cups of tea. SKY Arts on tv, no air con as it's a historical building but they supplied a fan. At the right rate, I will definately stay again.Thank you to Vicky, Andre and Bridget for making my stay welcoming. "
