Very clean accommodation and whilst it’s on a busy road - it’s at the back of the lot overlooking a beautiful park so it’s very quiet. They do a nice little coffee and pastry to go in the morning. Very pleasant stay considering I was meant to be in Salem Ma not Salem NH!!

Very well located hotel in Boston. Subway station literally out the front of the hotel. Clean and tidy inside. Helpful and friendly staff. Fit out is a little older but this really doesn't affect the experience.

Five stars all the way! Our room was excellent and scrupulously cleaned every day. The cafe for breakfast had an abundant choice. But star of the show were the $1 oysters in the restaurant over the weekend. The cocktails were pretty good too! And the maitre d' made our experience first class.

The decor is a little dated. There's a fairly decent gap under the door to the hall, so you can hear what's happening in the hallway. The bathroom was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Place has great facilities and heaps of parking. Lovely setting.

Great location, fantastic breakfast included, and shuttle to airport and station. The room was spacious, clean comfortable and quiet. Bathroom spacious, large vanity and good shower pressure.

The location beside the lake was really nice, and my bedroom overlooked the lake so that was just perfect. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, even fetching me a beer to relax outside beside the lake when I arrived (despite the bar not actually open). Room was a generous size. Surrounded by lawn I was able to go for a run before brekky. Breakfast was okay, but coffee the typical American average- no espresso.

The reception team are so nice, everyone is professional and thoughtful. However, The cleaning stuff needs more training, forgot to provide the bath towel and the washcloth on the 2nd day of my stay.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were slightly pessimistic about the shared bathroom but were very pleasantly surprised - no issues on availability or cleanliness. Room was compact but comfortable, and very good value compared to all other hotels for the dates of our stay.
