"My stay here was out of this world. This hotel had exceptional staff, food, rooms and facilities. I would give it 11 out 10. My family enjoyed it so much that they want to stay here again. The staff here treat everyone like VIPS's. I thank all the staff from the cleaners, to waiters to reception to managers. They really care. I wish i could name all the people. "The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The area can be noisy but it's in the heart of the busy city so noise is expected. Clean and easy to travel from to all parts of the city. . "
