"The room was unclean and unsanitary, with visible dirt and poor maintenance.There was mold present, which raised serious health concerns, especially traveling with a child. Noise levels were excessive, preventing rest and creating a stressful environment. The environment was unsafe and inappropriate, with loud disturbances and apparent loud discussion activity occurring in the lobby area, making it unsuitable for families."

"Listen, this is not a 5 star hotel but is a great place to stay if needing a respite. It’s clean, with a friendly staff and comfortable beds. It has a wonderful shower and breakfast buffet. I was traveling to Pucallpa and knew that I was arriving late to Lima and didn’t want to ‘overnight’ in the airport until my next flight in the afternoon. The hotel served as a place to rest, get cleaned up and energized for the next part of my trip. Will DEFINITELY be doing this again."

"There is no Gym in the property, the staff is Chilean, therefore friendliness is not part of their culture. They were helpful enough. Nothing bad. Breakfast is great. The room was very nice, clean and modern with great AC. "
