My first room had extreme black mold on the ceiling, walls and around the tub surround down to the floor. I took numerous pictures as proof. The room needs to be shut down for health reasons. When telling the front desk person, she wasn’t phased at all. No questions asked, no surprise look or shock to what I found! All she was concerned with is if I wanted to extend my stay!! Basically, I needed to stay in the area at least 1 more day. I had to ask for a room change; she did accommodate that. That room was in an area of the property where the outdoor floors were in a disarray, looked as if there was rot and holes where flooring should’ve been. But, hey, the room was clean and there wasn’t any black mold in the bathroom! It’s safe to say, I won’t be going back there again!
