"Valet parking only, had to remove bags before checking in and then finding out our room, in a building three blocks away, was not ready. Our bags were placed in a room behind the desk. Told that we would be texted when the room was ready, we walked around town for over an hour. No text so we returned and were told our room was ready. Grabbed a cart and loaded luggage for three-block hike. "

"My husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary and planned to stay on May 9th and 10th. The first night in our room there was a leak that dripped all night and kept us awake. In the morning we found water pooling on the floor and clothes were soaked from a significant leak from the ceiling. The room had to be taken out of service and they had no available rooms for the 2 nd night since they were sold out. The manager told me we would be refunded and would handle contacting hotel.com. We’ve never gotten a refund or response when called or emailed. I would never stay again. "

"The hotel was clean with excellent security. Our room had a wonderful balcony with water views, and the entire staff were cordial and professional. The train museum was quite interesting. I only wished they had more massage salons in the area."

"Interior looked way better the exterior.. Rooms could use some maintenance....we e experienced toilet issues...the TV went up.. the door was janky which required us to move 2 times. The breakfast buffet food didn't have much season. Overall I'd give a 2.5/5. However one plus was that they did over shuttle service within a 5 mile radius "
