Kevin the front desk associate was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My room was dated, chair old and soiled. Carpet soiled, window curtains had a gap in it. Kevin was able to give me a what appeared to be a hair clip to gather the curtains together to protect my privacy considering my room faced the hotel front entrance and parking lot. One of the double beds sheet set smelled of body odor, and the pillows were worn and old. Thank God the other bed sheets smelled clean with newer pillows. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was last minute due to snow forecast and was literally a 3 minute drive to my job. I was totally disappointed with the room and the fact the hotel was basically sold out per the front desk so it left me no choice but to keep the room or eat the cost of the room and risk not getting another room in the area. I suggest upgrading/remodeling this hotel considering the room rates are expensive for such a low quality stay. I will not recommend this hotel to my colleagues for fear they would encounter such disappointing accommodations.

THIS HOTEL IS EXTREMELY AMAZING I travel all the time with my family for work and leisure and when I tell you this hotel is awesome I mean every word, this hotel is luxurious extremely clean and extremely safe , also it is replaced in the center of Annapolis not far from Great shopping, tourism and sightseeing, and great eats in that area... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU ARE IN THE ANNAPOLIS AREA YOU NEED TO TREAT YOURSELF AND BOOK YOUR STAY HERE, EVEN IF YOUR EVENT, VACATION, WORK IS NOT IN ANNAPOLIS YOU STILL NEED TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL
