I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"The room had a terrible strong odour and we had to get the windows open to try and reduce the smell. The next day I complained and I was informed that 2 guys with a dog had been there for several months. The carpet should be torn up and the cement has to be acid treated to get the smell out. "

"Broken tiles in bathroom, stains on the couch, missing back of the remote, elevator was janky and felt like it could break at any moment."
