As United States Citizens, they did not give us the two twin bed room that we booked for and instead said the “machine decides, we can do nothing” and the machine assigned us a king room (I.e. two attached twin bed frames with a single king mattress). We told them to get us to get us two twin mattresses, and they said no. Trash customer service. Breakfast top of the top (specialty salmon and nuts in addition to an excellent breakfast buffet), but we cannot recommend booking again due to trash customer service to citizens of US."
