"This place is several very large cuts above a typical Hampton Inn. It’s large and beautiful with a restaurant and full bar. The staff is truly extraordinary - friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about hospitality. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Saratoga. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance, but it’s a few blocks off of Broadway and Caroline St, therefore much quieter than other hotels. "

"Great location to town, awesome staff, and incredible! Our suite was very large too and a great place to unpack and spread out. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this hotel when coming to Saratoga springs! "

"Casey at the front desk was extremely professional, curious and kind. What a great employee. The shuttle driver , a young Syrian was incredibly polite and professional. The rooms were clean and warm. Well worth the stay. Kudos "

"First time here normally stay at Casino Hotel but was very satisfied. Your staff were excellent especially Connor at the Front Desk . Breakfast was excellent . Only criticism is get a 4 wheel drive vehicle for shuttle . Driver was great but had to maneuver in the snow . Overall rating 0 out of 10. "

"Kind and competent staff even with a 1 am roll in. Sheets were soft and room was clean with laminate floors. "
