a cleaning fee is mandatory..but it can be waived by giving the place back the way it was given to you bedding is $30 the whole apartment is $60 and extra messy is $120 any damages are separately included.... no parties 🎉 no loud music and no more than 2 guests at a time unless you pay extra $50 per person 🙂
