"The check-in process was very smooth, and the lady was excellent in giving us instructions on where to eat. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Really appreciated the well stocked breakfast food. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Berrimilla was a step back in time to a peaceful simple holiday break. The cottage was delightful, impeccably clean and had everything you could wish for. We had a wonderful 2 weeks and our car decided on the last day we were staying longer/ the wonderful property managers went above and beyond sending help to fix the car and get us to the ferry on time. Honestly I had read one of the earlier reviews and was hesitant but I’m so glad we stayed here. I could not fault the property or the managers. It’s pet friendly so my 2 pugs were able to come along aswell. Amity is a lovely peaceful area and yet there was a great place to dine out just down the road at the Amity Pavilion. Just beyond that was general store that had diesel! And everything else you could ask for. We will definitely be back. Thankyou so much!"
