"The hotel was generally ok, except that half of their elevators did not work. And since this is a Convention Center hotel, lots of people were staying there who needed to go to the same events at the same time. Spending 15 minutes just to get to the elevator was not fun. "

"The elevators were not working properly. Our room had no A/C for an entire day and the temperature was 80 F. The pool water was over 100 F. So we could not use the pool, had to walk up 12 stories of stairs, and the room was to hot to enjoy."
