One bedroom with double bed 160cm, living room with two sofa beds of 140cm.

Cleaning is done by the tenant.

Note: Low ceiling, approx 185cm. Pets not allowed. No smoking indoors. It gets very hot on the porch in the summer and the windows there can't be opened

The apartment is very close to another residence with tenants.

Nette Unterkunft, schöne Lage

Wir suchten sehr kurzfristig für ein paar Tage eine unterkunft. Für ein paar Tage war diese ok. Die Vermieterin sehr nett. Im Prinzip war alles vorhanden, aber es war sehr schmutzig. Waschbecken und Toilette waren sauber und es war auch gesaugt und gewischt. Aber sonst lagen auf allen waagerechten Flächen viel Staub und Haare. Auf dem Sofa lagen Decken, welche mit Katzenhaaren verschmutzt waren…..Die Küchen Ausstattung war alt und zusammen gewürfelt. Hier wäre Handlungsbedarf angesagt.
