Beautiful hotel, had a great stay, it is a bit of a walk to the centre of town, about 25 mins, but otherwise excellent, the breakfast spread is probably the best I’ve seen anywhere and I’ve travelled a lot. Overall excellent.

What can I say.. This hotel certainly lives up to the Hype this drew me to book Jacy'z. Booked an overnight stay with use of spa. Decor is out of this world, facilities, great music in general areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night but I tried to experience majority of things going on. Part of my night included two hours in their pool club, access to steam room, sauna, heated pool(s), service on day beds. Although because it does get quite busy it's hard to get a day bed near the upstairs pool, but if you want quiet there is a fire room away from the pool which has an ample amount of day beds. Staying in the medium JQ room which is higher up in the building, great design, able to cast to TV, and connect to Bluetooth speaker, mini bar (prices weren't too bad). Bed was interesting, it was a little softer than I would like but that's down to personal preference. Didn't get to experience the JQ bar, I believe it's closed certain days of the week. Had dinner at the Gogogaga restaurant, wasn't really a fan of the food. The drinks were good. Drinks at the lobby bar was nice, background music and can play games with friends I definitely would stay again. I would like to try the large rooms, and try the Jacyz rooms (which are lower in the building so don't have much of a view but are cheaper)

Bokade för att vara på spa. Fick ingen information om att man var tvungen att boka tid för detta. Och vad det kostade. När vi kom fram fick vi ingen information i incheckningen om detta heller inte heller när fullst serverades eller andra bekvämligheter som normalt informeras om. Det fanns ingen ledig tid för spa för hela vistelsen . Vi fick ta ute poolen. Där fanns det inga avtäckta solsängar. Trots att det är semester. Inte heller fanns det någon i baren. För att vara ett mycket fint och framstående hotell var det en aning besvikelse. Men mycket med hotellet var bra. Frukost och rum bla.

Bra men bedre før

Var på samme hotell sommer 2024. Ulempen nå i 2025 er at JQ lounge i 17 etasje var stengt og har ikke servering...Dette var jo litt av poenget og ett av høydepunktene i hotellet når man har rom i de øvre etasjer å ha en egen innsjekking samt utsikten og en følelse av litt ekstra. Samtidig var det da tidligere innsjekk i loungen samt frokost i toppetasjen. Frokost er nå flyttet for alle på hotellet ned i 1.etasje så en del av eksklusiviteten er borte (da man sjekket inn i 2024 fikk man ett glass bobler samt litt hyggelig sjokolade på rommet men alt det er nå borte) Fikk også feil rom ved ankomst da vi hadde bestilt JQ medium men fikk ett mye mindre rom. Dette ordnet seg derimot ved å ta en tur ned i resepsjonen og vi fikk byttet til riktig type rom. Ellers er servicen upåklagelig og det ER fortsatt ett veldig stilig hotell med svært hyggelig betjening og spa/pool i toppen samt pam's utendørs poolclub nede som er knallbra begge deler. Svært god mat også i asian fusion restauranten som anbefales. Passer veldig godt som ett weekend hotell om du vil ha god mat og en knall spa/pool opplevelse med en bytur i fine Gøteborg.
