"Amazing stay!"

"Wonderful stay and a great hotel. Private “Golden Onsen” in room was fantastic, beautiful view of the mountains and town from the bath. If you want to experience a traditional Japanese hotel I 100% recommend."

"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "

"Had a great Ryokan and hot springs experience. Arima Onsen is a beautiful place with the hotel located on a small hill"

"I highly recommend the wagyu dinner/breakfast"

"The hotel is amazing with different types of onsen, especially the outdoor onsen that everyone should try. The staff are nice and helpful and no problem with English. The view is wonderful as well as a little river across the hotel."

"I had a traditional Japanese room with a massage chair, balcony and view at the green mountains. It was super awesome and had a restful sleep. I visited the onsen bath as well which was very nice and refreshing."
