"Great room. Two big windows and plenty of space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was spacious and modern.
Very helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome.
Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!"

"Lovely room, although compact, it didn’t matter as it was so beautifully designed. Immaculately clean. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there is a galley on most floors with a hot drink selection. Loved that the hotel had its own cinema. Breakfast was plentiful and very good quality. "
