I would stay again.

It was very good, very friendly stuff, very helpful. The room was bigger than my expectations, clean and comfortable. Quite room. Breakfast was simple, but enough to make u full:) i have stayed alot in the youth, in Lucerne, Interlaken, Zurich, Geneva, always and everything is perfect.

Great stay close to great views.

My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly.

Für meine individuellen Bedürfnisse die absolut beste Wahl. Nahe bei meinen Aktivitäten, sauber, ruhig, einfaches Check-in und -out, freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Da ich nur kurz dort war (nur Übernachten), denke ich, dass die Umgebung auf die Hauptsaison auch noch ein wenig aufgewertet wird.

Typisch schweizer Sauberkeit. Einfach wunderbar, weiter so! Einzig, dass beim wunderbaren Frühstück kein kostenloser Kaffee inkludiert war, hat ein wenig gestört und das Kissen war für uns ungewohnt dick. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles andere top :-)

They are racist theives. I cancelled because of the pandemic and they refused to refund the money. Do they want me to catch the COVID virus and die. It was a lot of money close to a thousand US dollars.

RACIST HOSTEL

I could not make the trip and the hotel refused to give me a refund. The hotel was wicked and inconsiderate and it was daylight robbery. I did not pay for two days like other people I paid for two weeks. It was a lot of money close to a thousand US dollars and they kept the money when I cancelled in advance because of the pandemic. It is not my fault there was a pandemic . They are racist and theives. Do not go to that hostel. They said I bought a non refundable booking. So what. The airline gave me credit everyone is giving credit. Everyone is giving a refund they understand there is a pandemic. This hostel is heartless and are theives and racist because I am black.

Es war alles wunderbar: die Service, die Betten, obwohl die Treppen für das Bett auf 2-te Etage waren nicht praktisch. Die Dusche war sauber und steht’s warm.

Wonderful hostel! It’s clean and safe and family friendly. Right by the train station and the lake, as well as being close to bike trails and restaurants. Walking distance to old town. The free breakfast is also a highlight!
