We are located in the beautiful village of Bowdon, one of the most prestigious and peaceful suburbs in Greater Manchester. Known for its leafy streets, historic mansions and village charm, it is a short stroll to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Hale and Altrincham Market. Perfect for a luxurious yet relaxed stay.

Two living areas. One open plan with a large corner sofa and a large Samsung Smart TV. The other beautifully designed with two large sofas and a Smart TV, connected to our dining room.



WIFI:

Superfast WiFi verified by Airbnb in the fastest category at 140 Mbps. Perfect for streaming or working from home.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Tea and coffee provided.



DINING AREA:

A lovely space for family meals or a takeaway.

Large private driveway with space for 3 cars.



GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY AND LONGER STAYS:

Our private garden and outside dining area is great for spending time with loved ones. We have a washer and dryer for longer trips. We are pet friendly but please add your pet as a guest as there is an extra charge. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

Fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Hale Station (Northern Trains, Mid-Cheshire Line) is the nearest rail station, approximately 600 m (a 7 to 8 minute walk) from the property.



Altrincham Station (Northern and Manchester Metrolink) is around 1.3 km (15 minutes on foot), with frequent trams into central Manchester.



Free parking on the large private driveway with space for 3 cars.



Uber operates throughout the area.
