"The Hotel honestly looked beautiful and was a pleasant surprise and was decorated very nicely but they have some areas to improve. First of all I think the $150.00 incidental fee is not what the hotel is worth, it should not be that high, no disrespect but this is not the Hilton or a high scale hotel. When we let out the couch the mattress cover had hair on it and a stain that looked like maybe makeup and was just dirty, they had not changed the dirty bedding at all. I did inform the front desk of this and she said she would let them know about it. The floors are all hardwood so we heard people walking hard above us until late the night before. The King bed was squeaky like it was old. I was not able to turn on the TV but didn't feel like going back down to the front desk (there were no phones in the room). When I got up the next morning to take a shower the water was very rusty and black stuff was coming out like dirt. I tried to at least take a wash up in the sink but the water just trinkled out, not a decent flow of water at all. Upon checking out the front desk was very apologetic but did not offer to compensate or make it better in any kind of way so I will not choose this hotel again."

"The location was ideal for us, the room was clean and comfortable, but a little dated and lacked some maintenance -i.e some electrical outlets did not work. We did not have opportunity to use the amenities. We were not aware of the valet parking system and found it expensive and not very effective"
