"I was assigned a room 1130. Once inside room looked until I needed to go to toilet and I saw the toilet seat was dirty. Someone had gone before me in the toilet probably a men as the seat was disgusting. I called the reception and they came after sometime and gave me another room. 3052 which was better but the toilet was for disable people, just a strange room exchange. Made me feel unconfortable."

"All of The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet - considering it’s next to an airport and railway station - all I could hear was the occasional conversation by other occupants and the thud of doors. The restaurant was reasonably priced - but most items had a spice of sorts in the ingredients - my wife doesn’t like spicy food so had limited choice. "

"Hotel is going through some refurbishment currently especially in the main reception area. Rooms were fine though. Good facilities for informal meetings in the common areas."

"Clean, quiet and super comfy in a Premier plus room. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great for one night stay close to Stansted airport - convenient shuttle bus 4 pounds every 30mins to the airport. Would definitely stay again."
