Nice big area but people still have trouble finding the way in when driving. Beautiful inner sitting area and comfy by the faux fireplace. 2 area to eat, one upscale and one casual. Nice, friendly staff at the front desk.

Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!

Outstanding staff and very friendly and helpful. Beautiful Facilty! Next door to the Mall and great restaurants is a plus. Pillows were very uncomfortable and need updating.
