Clean and conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle was on time and took just a few minutes. Staff were very friendly. The parking lot felt safe and well-lit. I left my car there for the duration of my trip instead of at the the airport for a reasonable fee.

All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, however Casey provided especially attentive service, going above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. We very much enjoyed our swim in the pool before dinner and the entire facility is one of the classiest I have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Albany, NY.
