"The location was fantastic; you can walk to pretty much anything if you want to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The first room we received was in poor condition and had several issues (plugs didn't work, fridge went out, bedside table missing, blind broken). We notified the front desk the next day and we were moved to what appeared to be a much nicer (updated) room. Once we moved rooms, we didn't really have any other issues, except that they sink in the new room wouldn't drain. It wasn't a huge issue for us, though, because we were staying a very short time, so we didn't report it. The hotel is older, so I didn't expect it to be pristine, and overall, for the price and location, it was a great place for a short beach getaway."

"There was nothing I did not like! I especially want to to mention how helpful the security personnel was for my sister. We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace."

"The room was a good size! Bed and pillows were comfy! There was some chipping of paint in the room and paintings off the wall. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selections! The only complaint is the walls seem to be thin. We heard a baby yelling and crying on and off all night! It was a bit frustrating! Definitely if we come to the area again it wouldn’t stop us from staying again!"
