Would stay here again! However, the coach bed is like sleeping on a pile of legos and the fitted sheet didn’t fit on it. Affordable and very clean tho!

My birthday trip

Although the property is a little dated, there were ample amenities. It was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and a full kitchen.

Great stay

Its an amazing place to stay at. Walking distance to the beach. The only thing is that checking in is so late(4pm)and checking out is so early(10am). Then they're knocking at the door at 9:45am. Thats the only things I dislike. Overall it's a nice place to stay at.

I loved that it was a quaint little place on the beach. Pools looked nice. Beds were not comfortable and faucet in bathroom came off but had a nice time for the weekend.

If you are on a budget, this is the place for you. Just the basics: bed to sleep, bathroom & kitchen. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the beach! The unit needs work, the washer needs cleaning and kitchen smells like a seafood boil was never cleaned.

The condo was nice we didnt realize the bedroom was upstairs. We also thought they had a hot tub which was advertised on hotels .com they didnt. Other then that the stay was nice.

The weather was terrible all but 2 days, the last two was wonderful. We thought we would have a beach view.. that was disappointing. We had a couple of issues and they came out asap. We would stay again. The pools are great and the beach access is amazing. It is older, but being updated, it has some unique qualities. Enjoyed..

Affordable, clean, and great location

Older property but was very nice. The gate guards were really friendly and helpful. Didn’t meet any other staff. Love being in a place I can walk to the beach. There were four pools to choose from (one was for smaller kids which is great)

I was a little nervous booking this property due to all the bad reviews, but the condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and provided all of the necessities we needed. Towels, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a fully stocked kitchen was provided. The building is right on the beach and has two pools. The elevators were working fine while we were there and they were conveniently located in the parking garage. This condo was a great value!

Check in is at 4pm which would be okay if check out wasn't at 10am. They knocked at our door 20 minutes before checkout. Its walking distance to the beach and the condo was nice with everything needed to make us feel welcome.

The a/c was not working when we arrived. The customer service line had the A/c repair person fix the a/c about 4 hours after it was reported. The furniture was old and stained, coffee table leg was loose, the ceiling fan had lots of dust on them. The location was great. Close to beach and good sea food restaurants. The location was quiet. Park was $35. Never had an issue finding a parking spot.

I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. Balcony facing east was the perfect size for 2 chairs & a little table. As the pictures show, there is a beach view to the side. The bedroom closet was huge, as far as condo closets go. No unpleasant surprises except that the sliding glass door was hard to open/close. There is no door to the bedroom upstairs, so you can hear the downstairs TV up there. The downstairs TV is up high on the wall, a little awkward, but hopefully you'll have other things to do for most of your time here. The beach at this spot is deep, plenty of room between the dune line and the shore to play, walk, etc... Stopping to pay extra for a parking pass is really annoying. But it is great parking under the building, completely shaded & and guarded by security. I've paid more for less appealing parking, the parking guard was super pleasant, and we didn't have to wait for someone to bring the car back, so it's a very minor complaint. The info sent to me had 2 numbers and we weren't sure which was the unit #. We guessed wrong at first & spent a few mins trying to get into the wrong condo. The reservation said there's no elevator but that's not entirely accurate. There is one to get up to the door but just not inside the condo to get up to the bedroom. You will not need to carry your stuff up stairs to get to condo door.

Everything was as presented on the online page and overall, very clean. The only issue we had, in the apartment we were in #150, was the shower in the hall bath did not work and had no handle or lever to operate it. Other than that, it was Ok for our needs!

We stayed in beachfront condo, the view was absolutely beautiful! Nice and quiet, easy parking. I booked through Expedia for 6 nights, paid for 6 nights. I received an email from the Property management (Vacasa) that we would be leaving after 5 nights. Called Expedia and they assured me we were there 6 nights. Never heard back from Expedia but did receive an email that we were out a day earlier than I had paid for. We had 4 women over the age of 65 looking for a place to relocate for one night. We had a couple women with air flights leaving after our 6 night. The last day of our vacation the 4 of us ended up in a Marriott Hotel in Pensacola(closer to airport) that had visible algae growing in their pool. I never thought I would go to Florida stay in a Marriott Hotel and not want to use their pool because it was not clean!! I’ve been home for a week and I have not received anything about who’s refunding my 6th night rental. Not sure whose mistake this was but neither are taking responsibility, therefore I’ll be on the phone AGAIN trying to get this resolved. So wish people would do there jobs and do them correctly!

My two daughters and I stayed this past week in 311 and really enjoyed our time there. It’s not a fancy place by any means, but was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and literally connected to the beach. We enjoyed all of the pools and of course the relaxation. If I had to give any negative feedback it would be regarding the concession stand down by the ground floor pools. It was not staffed well at all and was not able to keep up with the traffic that was trying to buy food, drinks etc. The price of the items at the stand were not appealing either
