I overheard a guest who was staying in one of the rooms, complaining of a foul odor in her room: she thought it was from the carpet. My room was fine: it had vinyl flooring. I think the process has begun to rip out the carpet from the rooms and replace with vinyl flooring. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided great shuttle service and breakfast was great with a variety of items served; including fruits."

"The rooms were not sound proof enough. A family was sitting outside & loud past midnight and you could hear it in my room even with the a/c on. Then you could hear everything going on in the hall- kids were running around, adults were loud. We did have to ask for the heat to be turned on for the “heated pool”. It takes a long time to heat up. "
