"This 5 star hotel was great, I asked for interconnecting rooms for the two rooms I booked and was given this and also was given a free upgrade of rooms with views of the Haram which was a good gesture from the hotel. Rooms were great with all the facilities needed for our stay and room size was adequate for us. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of food, drinks, savoury snacks and also a chef on hand to cook omelette spiced as required or fried eggs and a chef to cooks waffles. Service was also great here with staff ready to take empty plates away and bring you items as you require them. We were always greeted and looked after by the staff at the hotel. Always helpful and ready to assist when needed. Hotel location was close enough to Masjid Al Haram with no issue with steep hills for example or need for any shuttle service due to it being next to Masjid Al Haram. All in all great Hotel, great staff and service, great location and price reflects this 5 star hotel. Keep up the good work and in’sha’allah I will keep you in mind for any future stays."
