"Room was by far the most spacious on our trip. Probably one of my favourite hotel experiences anywhere. The Onsen was like a 5 star hotel, and the free drinks and snacks were of high quality. My only issue was that I could not register with the vending machine app because my country was not listed. Atami is a great base to explore hakone, Fuji. "

"I would come back. Room was great, but surprised there was no bathtub in the room, since it is in the photos. I would have paid more for that had I known.
View is incredible, and worth it for that alone. The onsen is fine, but not overly exceptional. The staff is excellent with heartfelt delivery. It’s a cab ride up the hill, and nothing is close, but again, the view is worth it and very romantic.
Food is mostly buffet, and just okay, but serviceable. Go for the romantic stay and exceptional...
