"The hotel is in Poor shape and nothing like the photos. Ask for a non-smoking room, but received a smoking room, with a foul stench.
The rooms and facilities are worn out, and they store everything in corridors "

"The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing !
The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good .
Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints !
The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and pics from the top of the ropeway were okay for a walk around but not much to do/ see . "
