"Overall, I will give this reading two stars because the room was not ready when I got there then it was barely clean. Customer service could be way better than what it was. Air conditioner was broken. Refrigerator didn’t get cold and we didn’t have any hot water. I was just grateful to have a place to stay."

"Nice hotel by the airport. I booked this hotel thinking it was really close to the airport. However the shuttle takes 15 minutes to get to the arrivals. It looks like you can walk to the airport from here but you cannot. However id stay again, good bar and restaurant "

"From the moment you step in, it is not clean. The whole hotel smells, the walls are filthy, the carpets are stained. Our room was so bad we did not even unpack our things and had to drive an hour to another hotel. The staff was nice enough, but they do not seem to realize how bad of shape the hotel is in. If you have any standards…look elsewhere."

The staff was so friendly and compassionate, handing out extra cookies and waters and bending over backwards to accommodate everyone’s needs. The rooms are a little outdated and basic, but very clean. The breakfast is not included as I thought, but that was an oversight on my part. "
